Document Selection Guide

Two formats. One consistent professional foundation.

Executive Resume

Use when the reader needs

  • Greater professional context
  • Multidisciplinary career continuity
  • Leadership and consulting approach
  • Detailed project connections
  • Education and professional-development depth
  • A fuller view of experience and applied innovation

One-Page Resume

Use when the reader needs

  • A rapid professional overview
  • A concise introduction
  • Key expertise at a glance
  • Selected experience and projects
  • A document suitable for initial review or referral

The One-Page Resume is not a simplified or less accurate profile. It is a shorter presentation of the same validated professional foundation.

The Executive Resume provides additional context for opportunities that require deeper review.

Document Integrity

Only current, reviewed, and publication-ready information belongs in the public library.

Professional documents should make verification easier—not create confusion through duplicate, outdated, or unsupported versions.

The public library therefore presents only the current validated editions and keeps internal sources, editable masters, supporting records, and superseded files private.

  1. 01

    Current Edition Only

A public document is replaced only after the updated edition has completed factual, editorial, and visual review.

  2. 02

    Consistent Professional Positioning

The documents, portfolio pages, project maturity labels, and public biography must remain aligned.

  3. 03

    Evidence Without Exaggeration

Professional experience, institutional relationships, project status, credentials, and outcomes must be presented accurately and without unsupported claims.

  4. 04

    Privacy-Aware Publication

Editable source files, private records, unnecessary personal information, and sensitive supporting documents are not published openly.

Supporting Evidence

Credentials and project evidence should be shared with purpose.

Selected credentials, training records, project materials, and supporting professional evidence may be presented within relevant case studies or discussed in connection with a legitimate professional opportunity.

This public page does not operate as an unrestricted archive of certificates, identification records, private documents, or internal project files.

Evidence Categories

  • 01Academic education
  • 02Selected professional training
  • 03Professional license
  • 04Project implementation evidence
  • 05Digital-product evidence
  • 06Communication and campaign materials

Document Requests

Need a professional document for a specific opportunity or review context?

For a legitimate consulting, employment, partnership, speaking, training, or multidisciplinary opportunity, the most relevant document format can be discussed through the Contact page.

A tailored presentation must remain factually consistent with the validated professional record. It may adjust emphasis for the opportunity, but it must not create new credentials, experience, relationships, or outcomes.

Request Types

  • 01Executive Resume
  • 02One-Page Resume
  • 03Role-relevant professional summary
  • 04Selected credential confirmation
  • 05Project-specific discussion
